Making memories on the water together during our California fishing trips is an experience like no other, especially when we indulge in some fly fishing.

After calling me to book your California fishing trip, you will receive a return call four days before the adventure. This call will update you on fishing and weather conditions, ensuring you know how everything is shaping up. On the morning of the trip, we will meet at a specified location, launch the boat, and get started with our fly fishing experience. After filling out the appropriate paperwork, I will provide an instructional casting demo to ensure you're comfortable as we begin the day. Following a morning of fishing, we'll break for lunch around noon, where drinks and lunch will be provided. The day typically wraps up around dusk, at which point we will pack everything up and get you back to your vehicle, unless you have already been shuttled.

In 2010, Jesse Flinck relocated to Hayfork, California, where the stunning rivers and creeks sparked his interest in the art of fly fishing. After years of honing his skills and discovering the best fishing spots along the Trinity River, he now finds joy in guiding others on memorable fishing trips. As a guide, Jesse offers a uniquely curated experience that showcases the beauty of California fishing.

When preparing for your California fishing trips, be sure to pack essential items like a rain jacket, chest waders and boots, polarized sunglasses, a hat, warm socks, sunblock, and chapstick. If you're into fly fishing, don't forget to bring your own rod and reel if desired. Also, ensure you have a valid California fishing license for a successful outing.
