About Fish Hawk Fly Co.
What to Expect
After calling me and booking a date, you will receive a return call four days before the trip letting you know about fishing and weather conditions and how things are shaping up. On the morning of the trip we will meet at a specified location, we will launch the boat and get started. After filling out appropriate paperwork, I will give an instructional casting demo and make sure that you are comfortable with starting the day. After a morning of fishing, we will take lunch around noon where drinks and lunch will be provided.
The end of the day is typically around dusk. Where we will pack up everything and get you back to your vehicle (if not already shuttled).
Our Story
Jesse Flinck moved to Hayfork, California in 2010. The beautiful rivers and creeks inspired him to learn the art of fly fishing. After many years of practicing this skill and learning all the fishy spots along the Trinity River, he is now finding joy in guiding others in doing the same. Jesse offers a special curated experience as a guide.
